Requirements
o 3+ years of recruiting experience
o Exposure to technical support and IT recruitment projects will be an advantage
o Fluent English (spoken and written)
o Working knowledge of ATS (Workday will be an advantage)
o Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
o Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
o Proficiency with online hiring tools i.e., LinkedIn, Monster and CareerBuilder, etc.
o Can-do attitude, proactive, accountable, attention to details and understanding importance of data accuracy
o Proven ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines for both short and long term hiring needs.
To support the continued growth of Finastra, we are looking for an innovative Talent Attraction Partner who is skilled in proactive sourcing and viable candidate generation in efforts to minimize agency spend.
As a Talent Attraction Partner you will be responsible for recruitment projects for our RD site- Bucharest. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that the best possible talent will be hired through a partnership with the with the client groups and managing the hiring processes from initiating searches through offer signing. Finastra Global Talent Attraction Team is present in Romania, Israel, India, Philippines, Singapore, Canada and US.
Responsibilities:
o Manage all recruiting lifecycle activities including attraction, selection and offer negotiation for the assigned recruitment projects
o Deliver comprehensive support and consultation to business hiring groups in full life cycle recruitment process.
o Develop and maintain a pool of qualified applicants using techniques including the internet (job boards, social media, etc.),professional associations, external search agencies, direct sourcing, networking, community relations efforts, employee referrals and company websites
o Maintain the applicant database by entering candidate information and recruiting activity into Workday
o Effectively leverage social media tools and act as Finastra Ambassador
o Meet/exceed key recruiting performance metrics.
o Set high recruitment standards ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
o Communicate effectively and partner with HR and Global TA teams, ensuring combined objectives are achieved
o Involvement in international TA projects: tool optimization, employer branding, policy and procedures etc
