Software Product Leader/ Product Owner

EASYDO is a technology company, spin off activity of a leading Technology Services company with + 80 employees. The team is managed by senior Partners and senior Experts. We are building next generation technologies applications including API, Data Governance, AI, blockchain, machine learning, IoT, AR, VR.
We are focusing on 3 main activities: Software Factory & Innovative Business Solutions (in-house & partners’ applications), Data Governance & Cybersecurity, Applications & INFRA services. Working with top premium companies in several industries, we are operating projects in Romania and abroad.

AGILE SPIRIT and experience
General computer training around technologies (server, network, mobile, API, data model, database)
Knowledge of Tech architectures and functional architectures
General knowledge around DevOps and Dev technologies
Autonomous and problem solver

Portfolio of products defined and updated in JIRA
Organize and coordinate the team (between Dev and Commerce) on the basis of Agile principles and ceremonies
Progress Reports/Problems/Risks/Obstacles and Key Actions
Defined escalation scheme (including SLA, processes and associated documents)
System monitoring and system use implemented with KPI
Product documentation
Live Product Support (Incident Management and KPI)
Set up process tracking and reporting
Prepare offers and documentation required, including methodology writing with the support of experienced engineers
Participate in the implementation of winning bids (start-up projects) and, if necessary, cooperate with partners
Be a force for proposal to improve operational efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction
