What you need for this role:

Ideally you've done some IT recruiting orsourcing. You have a genuine interest in technology, a good sense of humor andan efficient communication style. You are very good at doing research and canGoogle anything to find people and facts. You feel at ease talking in English.

What you'll be doing:

Network through various sourcing channels tofind candidates with targeted skills, experience and potential. You will makeinitial contact with leads and potential candidates and you'll present them theopportunities within our organization.

Bonus: you'll have a team of recruiters andsourcing specialists right beside you to teach you everything they've learnedin their extensive recruitment experience.
