Studii superioare de specialitate (Drept sau Economie);
Experienta de minimum 6 luni intr-o institutie financiar-bancara;
Bune abilitati de comunicare si negociere;
Cunostinte de limba engleza la un nivel minim B1.
Oferirea de informatii si asistenta clientilor pentru produsele si serviciile de finantare oferite de catre companie;
Preluarea apelurilor telefonice ale partenerilor si solutionarea, respectiv redirectionarea solicitarilor, sugestiilor sau reclamatiilor acestora catre departamentele competente;
Receptionarea si transmiterea spre procesare a solicitarilor simple din partea clientilor existenti cu privire la produse de finantare deja aprobate;
Asigurarea asistentei tehnice si a sprijinului in utilizarea serviciului Self-Service;
Monitorizarea activa a sumelor restante de la clienti si luarea masurilor necesare;
Intocmirea documentatiei si corespondentei specifice.
Program: Luni-Vineri 09.00-17.30;
Sediu: Sector 6;
Contract: durata determinata de 6 luni cu posibilitate de prelungire;
Bonuri de masa + indemnizatie transport.
