    - At least 2 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles;
    - Ability to understand basic SQL code;
    - Strong written and verbal communication skills;
    - Able to work independently as well as part of a cross functional team;
    - Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and also in English;


    - Support of internal applications addressing core business needs;
    - Resolving hardware and software issues via email/phone/ticketing system;
    - Handling the incidents sent by Level1 Support;
    - Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in accordance with priority, impact and SLAs;
