    Requirements

     At least 1.5 years of experience in full cycle specifically in IT sourcing.
     Experience in the continuous development of pipelines and sourcing techniques to find high-quality technical candidates.
     Proficient in using different software and databases to connect with and reach out to potential pool of talent.
     High level of resilience and ability to accepting the setbacks while refocusing on tasks at hand.
     Strong project management and marketing skills that help in coordinating a high volume of recruitment projects simultaneously.
     Good self-discipline and time management skills that will enable the ability to run multiple projects to closure in a fast-paced rhythm.
     Good English communication skills (both written and verbal).
     Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.

    Responsibilities

     Partner with the local recruitment team to identify requirements and understand ideal candidate profiles prior to starting the sourcing process.
     Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives for attracting and recruiting top technical talent, finding the best ways to build a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates.
     Establishing and maintaining real connections with candidates during the entire recruitment process and beyond.
     Manage the sourcing cycle for assigned positions including the logistic part of the process (setting up interviews in different stages and keep communication open between recruiters and hiring managers).
     Know and understand MassMutual's business, product and direction, and be able to communicate the company’s mission and work confidently to all candidates.
     Ensure a meaningful and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
     Develop strong relationships with the local recruitment team by managing expectations throughout the hiring process
     Providing frequent status updates upon the sourcing efforts, and relevant data and information for tracking metrics related to sourcing.
     Keep up to date with new technological trends and products in the area of IT sourcing.
