Requirements
At least 1.5 years of experience in full cycle specifically in IT sourcing.
Experience in the continuous development of pipelines and sourcing techniques to find high-quality technical candidates.
Proficient in using different software and databases to connect with and reach out to potential pool of talent.
High level of resilience and ability to accepting the setbacks while refocusing on tasks at hand.
Strong project management and marketing skills that help in coordinating a high volume of recruitment projects simultaneously.
Good self-discipline and time management skills that will enable the ability to run multiple projects to closure in a fast-paced rhythm.
Good English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
Partner with the local recruitment team to identify requirements and understand ideal candidate profiles prior to starting the sourcing process.
Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives for attracting and recruiting top technical talent, finding the best ways to build a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates.
Establishing and maintaining real connections with candidates during the entire recruitment process and beyond.
Manage the sourcing cycle for assigned positions including the logistic part of the process (setting up interviews in different stages and keep communication open between recruiters and hiring managers).
Know and understand MassMutual's business, product and direction, and be able to communicate the company’s mission and work confidently to all candidates.
Ensure a meaningful and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Develop strong relationships with the local recruitment team by managing expectations throughout the hiring process
Providing frequent status updates upon the sourcing efforts, and relevant data and information for tracking metrics related to sourcing.
Keep up to date with new technological trends and products in the area of IT sourcing.
