Activitati de suport inbound pentru clientii unei banci, care poseda carduri de credit/debit:
∙ blocare/deblocare carduri (in urma pierderii/furtului acestora)
∙ monitorizarea si gestiunea semnalarilor primite de la posesorii cardurilor
Program: 8h + 1h pauza/ 5 zile pe saptamana
Activitatea se desfasoara 24/7, turele fiind distribuite pe tot parcursul zilei, Luni-Duminica.
Candidatii trebuie sa fie disponibili sa efectueze orice timp de tura, in orice interval orar.
