• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role;
• University degree, technical studies (Faculty in Mechanical – Electrical / Technical field);
• Abilities to coordinate a team;
• Experience in the consumer goods industry;
• Very good organizational and planning skills;
• Proactivity and self-drive;
• Advanced level of English;
• Advanced level of Excel/Word/PPT ;
• Advanced knowledge of mechanics, electricity and ISCIR standards and knowledge of legislation in the field - is an advantage;
• Driving license.

• Manages, participates, verifies and intervenes directly in the following operations: repairing, assembling, reception and commissioning of machines and installations.
• Maintains the factory equipment in good working condition and ensures the continuity of the production process with optimal performance.
• Ensures the implementation of technical projects in the factory according with the standards and established deadlines.
• Integrates all new equipment in the production flow.
• Optimizes and increases the performance of technological processes.
• Evaluates the improvement strategies in terms of performance and cost optimization.
• Follow-up and tracking on the maintenance projects.
• Maintains and communicates a clear view of the assignments and responsibilities of the subordinates, evaluates their performance and create their development plans.
• Ensure engagement of people on site and to embed a positive food safety and HSE culture.
