IT Support Specialist with SAP knowledge

For our client, we are looking for an IT Support Specialist with English, in order to become part of an energetic and creative team, where quality standards, team work, innovation and international cooperation guarantee impressive results.

- Relevant experience in a similar role(s) ;
- Bachelor's degree in areas such as Computer Science, Computer Science, Engineering or a technical field;
- Knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems;
- In-depth knowledge of server operating systems;
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware (servers, workstations, SAN, NAS, redundancy, RAID);
- In-depth knowledge of networks (Ethernet, LAN, WAN, TCP / IP, cabling, configuration, etc.);
- Experience with the introduction of Microsoft365 and all its services;
- First experiences in hybrid IT environment (cloud & onprem);
- Experience in network administration and SAP support (priority SD, WSM, MM);
- English - advanced level.

You will be part of an international team with focus on developing IT projects;
- You will offer IT/ ERP support in order to assure an optimal functioning of our software tools used to drive company’s business processes;
- You will work together with project implementation teams to build the required infrastructure and solve any integration problem (implementations, transitions, reconfigurations );
- You will be responsible for technical support and maintenance in the IT&C area.
