    To ensure success in this role, you need the following experience and skills:

    • Knowledge of French;
    • Experience in using the Microsoft Office package;
    • Technical knowledge of standard operating systems;
    • Attention to detail and customer orientation.


    About our open position: Technical Customer Service

    • As a Technical Customer Service, you will be responsible for offering technical assistance to users in France of specific computing applications.

    A typical day might include the following:

    • Offering technical support for end-users using email, phone, and online chat;
    • Solving requests or incidents and ensuring the first necessary operations to solve technical problems;
    • Warning the operational manager about any anomaly encountered;
    • Escalating to L2 the customer tech problems that cannot be handled, according to the defined procedures.
