HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Business partnering with multiple stakeholders (Categories, internal and external manufacturing teams, Warehouses, Clusters, and GBS teams) to analyze supply risks within the network (production and distribution) and to propose operational and financial solutions to maximize service levels whilst optimizing the cost profile.
• Serves as single point of contact and key interface between Supply Planning and manufacturing to deliver the short-term planning cycle at the agreed targets.
• Proactively work to analyze current and potential Supply Risks on specific manufacturing platforms
• Develop and coordinate actions plans with key stakeholders to ensure the right mitigation options are made visible. E.g. Recommending changes to production schedules)
• Represents the Supply Planning team on daily, weekly and monthly governance calls where options and recommendations need to be clearly presented with all the facts to ensure efficient decision making
• Coordinating cross-functional/geographical teams to ensure the issues are known, and possible options to mitigate are understood with all the impacts to help make the correct decision.
• Lead/contribute to building processes and procedures between cross-functional teams in order to improve E2E Supply Chain processes.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain, Economics or Finance (Required); Proficiency in project management (Preferred)
• Expertise in integrated supply chain, capacity management (Required)
• Experience in supply planning or production scheduling (Required)
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP/ APO / BW) and Microsoft Office (Required)
• Language Skills: English (Required); Second European Language (Preferred)
• Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills (Required); Ability to anticipate and proactively solve issues.
• International exposure (Required)
• FMCG industry experience (Preferred)
