    •General experience of working in a People/HR team
    •Experience of people policies and risks would be advantageous, but not essential
    •Sound common sense
    •Ability to communicate concepts clearly and simply


    •Managing our People policies and acting as an expert to support HRDs and HRBPs in their implementation
    •Supporting on a project to introduce a new suite of People policies
    •Maintaining the People risks register and working with Risk team colleagues to ensure that People risks are identified, addressed and reported against
    •Communicating to the People team on the status of HR policies and risk
    •Preparing the materials for monthly policy and risk meetings and then subsequently developing to lead discussion on these items at those meetings
    •This role is all about setting boundaries and promoting the right behaviors and values
