    • Experience working with a leading strategy consulting firm within strategy or Professional Services team. This experience will be complemented with other operational roles in a global PS firm
    • Broad experience within PS across rapid research, ad hoc-research, various verticals
    • Experience working in large matrix global organization where working across boundaries and leading
    • University graduate and post-graduate
    • 10 – 12 years of relevant experience

    Responsabilitati

    • This is a leadership role supporting the Country Head and the LoB Head of Professional Services business unit in identifying and pursuing growth opportunities
    • P&L responsibility for assigned strategic growth areas in the Professional Services business unit that already have existing clients and revenues so the goal is to lead initiatives to grow revenues through current or new service offerings and by adding new accounts
    • Contribute directly towards revenue growth through consultative selling and conducting client workshops in close collaboration with Sales and Operations teams. The incumbent will collaborate with the LoB Head of Professional Services business unit
    • Work with EMEA Professional Services Sales team to strengthen and build senior relationships within key European accounts
    • Connect-the-dots about clients’ internal programs, competitive dynamics etc. to identify new opportunities for Evalueserve
    • Help sales team identify upsell & cross sell opportunities
