    Experienta si cunostinte tehnice:

     Minim 3 ani experienta in instalare, configurare, administrare si suport pe aplicatii (aplicatiile informatice specifice domeniului financiar-bancar constituie un avantaj)
    o Experienta in administrare, monitorizare, instalare, depanare...
    o Acordarea de suport tehnic utilizatorilor interni si clientilor bancii; acordarea de suport, ghidaj si expertiza in productie a diferitelor proiecte informatice
    o Prezinta un avantaj experienta in administrarea mediilor informatice specifice domeniilor de online banking, contact center si de dematerializare documente (ex. patforma Captiva, Documentum)
     Cunostinte medii de lucru cu sisteme de operare de tip Unix (IBM AIX, Sun Solaris), Microsoft Windows, Linux
     Cunostinte medii de lucru cu baze de date Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle
     Cunostinte medii de lucru cu middleware IBM WebSphere si IBM MQ, Weblogic, Openshift, Docker, API Connect.
     Cunostinte avansate de programare (Python constituie un avantaj) sau cunostinte avansate de shell scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Batch)
     Cunostinte generale de arhitecturi software si elemente de infrastructura hardware.
     Cunostinte generale networking.
     Experienta in utilizarea tool-urilor de monitorizare servere si aplicatii (de preferat CheckMK, BMC Patrol, Microsoft SCOM si Oracle Grid);
     Cunostinte generale metodologie ITIL cu focus pe procesele de change management, incident si problem management.
