    We are looking for a results-oriented Project Manager to showcase their skill set in a multifaceted yet autonomous role. You will act as a link between Urlati plant and external parties to support the organization.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    The successful candidate needs to bring the following:

    Experience in English both written and verbal;
    Experience in using Microsoft Office Tools, Microsoft and master in Excel (work with data tables, pivots, project timelines etc.);
    Build delivery plans/Critical Path Schedule based on inputs available (materials, process) and the outputs required (due dates, quantities etc);
    Easily manage people outside P&G and find solutions to mitigate potential projects Nice to have:
    Project management background: can be also projects during college experience;
    Positive attitude and great communication skills
    Technical college graduates are encouraged to apply.

    Responsabilitati

    Core responsibilities:

    Share clear communication to regional teams related to projects status and risks associated;
    Work with external party (Trimus supplier - currently the only one in the region, located near Urlati plant) to build delivery plan for "trade samples" scope of all regional Initiatives (all P&G hair care brands and product types, not only the ones produced in Urlati);
    Root causing understand and build mitigation or contingency plans with the multifaced team (external: supplier and internal: regional project owners);
    Identify solutions to improve the process ongoing: can be cost associated or effort/delivery acceleration associated. Process is very fresh in P&G so lots of opportunities to improve will occur.
    Keep a clear tracking for the status of each project, act as an end to end owner since project scope is presented and until the products are delivered to the customers (Sales Market Organisations);
    Self sufficient and "ask before being asked" mentality is a plus.
