• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Admin., Economies, Commerce, Finance, Controlling, Mathematics, Physics or IT (with management aspects) with excellent grades and hon-ours
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in the context of internships or student jobs
• Ideally project management experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills
• High level of commitment and eager to learn
• Proactive and hands-on mentality
• Management potential & curious for overarching perspectives
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and preferably experience in virtu-al collaboration tools (e.g. MS Teams)
• Advanced good English skills, second foreign language is an advantage (German, Italian or an eastern European language)
• Willingness to travel (ca. 50% during program)
• Willingness to be relocated after program

• During the first 3 months you will get to know the core of our business in one of our stores in your country of employment, while receiving basic sales training, working actively with colleagues in the store and handling your first responsibilities.
• In the subsequent 3 months’ of in-depth job rotation, you will gain the insight into the supply chain of your country of employment, with involvement in specific departments (such as logistics. dispo-sition, category management, purchasing, product management), completing your local journey through our core processes
• In the next 4 months, you will get to know our international business and take on a project-related activity in finance, in one of our other European operational business units.
• A new job rotation opportunity through departments positioned in the responsibility of a CFO will take part in the next 3 months in your country of employment.
• Another exciting project collaboration on a comprehensive finance topic will then wait for you for the next three months in our German headquarters.
• During the trainee program, you will benefit from a personal mentor, group-wide networking and exchange with our managers.
• Furthermore, you receive special professional and personality trainings and coaching.
