ORACLE EBS - CLOUD DEVELOPER, Location: Bucharest

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

Our client is a multinational company specialized in marketing and advertising.

— 4+ years of experience in designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle ERP and Cloud modules;
— Demonstrated knowledge of software engineering practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations;
— Strong knowledge and experience in SQL & PL/SQL;
— Strong knowledge using Oracle EBS development tools, including Reports Builder, BI Publisher, Workflow Builder, Business Events, OAF;
— Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP and interfacing techniques for Oracle Cloud;
— Experience with program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation;
— Experience with versioning software such as Subversion or GitHub;
— Strong verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills;
— Self-starter, with a keen interest in technology and highly motivated towards success;
— Must show initiative and desire to learn business and technology subjects;
— Able to work independently and as part of a team;
— Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
— Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting;
— Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or BA/BS degree and relevant work experience.

— Work with internal team to analyze system requirements and develop Oracle EBS/Cloud extensions per business specifications;
— Responsible for quality assurance review and the evaluation of existing and new software products;
— Follow established SDLC process for code development through code release and support;
— Coordinate, analyze, design, and development of RICEF extensions with Oracle EBS technology such as Oracle Workflow, BI Publisher, PL/SQL, OAF, APEX and Oracle Personalization framework;
— Develop and support interfaces to and from OSvC, OFSC, EBS, and external systems using REST APIs and OIC;
— Maintain best practice development standards and maximize reusable code;
— Communicate effectively with application owners and business users in online meetings and in email to identify system functions, architectural and network related dependencies, and collaborate on testing of new functionality.
