You come with:

• Availability to work from home during the pandemic. We will return to our Bucharest office only when it will be safe.
• University graduates or undergoing graduation.
• 6 months minimum QA experience or Team Manager experience in a BPO environment.
• Availability to work in flexible shifts on a 24/7 type of schedule.

A Day in Conectys:

• You will permanently follow the compliance with the quality standards of the project/projects;
• You will identify, keep records, and inform the hierarchical superiors about the possible non-conformities of quality and their causes.
• You will propose and apply corrective measures.
• Yu will ensure the assistance of the employees and you will be actively involved in any initiative that aims to improve the quality of the activity provided by the employees, as well as the improvement and efficiency of the processes;
• You will control, monitor, and perform verifications in different phases of the process of aligning the quality of the activity performed by the employees;
• You will evaluate and identify the training and retraining needs of the project employees, submitting retraining proposals and suggestions for improvement to superiors;
