• You are still enrolled in the University pursuing Bachelor/Master degree - 2nd, 3rd, 4th year of studies - mandatory
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office in particular MS Excel with strong analytical skills
• You have basic knowledge in the field of Customer Relations. Demonstrated verbal communication and customer service skills.
•You are a highly self- motivated individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and the local language. German, Italian or Spanish would be a plus
• You must have the ability to work as part of a team and support other team members as well as having the ability to work independently

Sounds like you? We are currently seeking a highly motivated Undergraduate student to join us as a Live Chat Support Agent. You will be working in a role that is integral to the success of ordering experience ownership for the assigned partner/sales team. Throughout your internship, you will gain valuable insight into the Pricing area and you will also have exposure to other business units - in order to broaden your knowledge and understanding of our wider business environment. The internship program will start on 7th of June 2021 and last for 6 months.
You will be executing operational activities related to quote, price, configuration, deal registration, order management process, invoicing, and contract life-cycle management to ensure that sales orders are successfully completed from quote to delivery and credited appropriately assigned for sales compensation. Also, you will produce deal documentation and configure systems to reflect ordering processes. You will be generating invoices and client billing in accordance with service and product agreements. You will have to record, update and validate customer and deal information in systems, to produce reports and analyses of sales processing activities.
How you’ll make your mark:
• You will support sales processing activities for assigned areas and processes
• You will learn requirements and develop capability in all areas of sales processing
• You will collect, consolidate, and chart data from sales and process results for assigned portions of operations areas to identify trends and issues
• You will learn and practice basic analysis
• You will be implementing specified changes to processes and tools to improve performance, efficiency and customer satisfaction
• You will develop understanding of internal and external relationships with stakeholders for performance expectations and needs
