• You are still enrolled in the University pursuing Bachelor/Master degree - 2nd, 3rd, 4th year of studies
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office in particular MS Excel with strong analytical skills
• You have basic knowledge in the field of Customer Relations. Demonstrated verbal communication and customer service skills.
•You are a highly self- motivated individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and local language. French is a plus
• You must have the ability to work as part of a team and support other team members as well as having the ability to work independently

You will be working in a role which is integral to the success of ordering experience ownership for the assigned customer/partner/sales team. Throughout your internship you will gain a valuable insight into the Care area and you will also have exposure to other business units - in order to broaden your knowledge and understanding of our wider business environment. The internship program starts on 7th of July and last for 6 months.
You will be providing professional solutions to the customers, partners and sales team, originating from unresolved escalated case issues received via telephone and written correspondence. Also, you will provide an escalation link for the company field employees, executives and channel regarding customer satisfaction issues including availability, price dissatisfaction, product safety issues, complaints with the company and/or its representatives, and complaints regarding an authorized dealer or channel.
