    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Focal point for contracts (issue/risk management);
    • Provide necessary business information and weekly input to the forecast;
    • Ensure deliverable are prepared to satisfy the project requirements and schedule;
    • Prepare and distribute action items to support follow-up action;
    • Monitor projects and ensure effective implementation of activities, adherence to timeline, achievement of outcomes;
    • Deliver reports on the project status to team members, upper levels and other stakeholders;
    • Financial Management (including): backlog management, billing requests and tracking, populate forecast data, provide cost and revenue summaries, capture cost deviations, ensure expenses are billed;
    • Manage change requests/contract extensions;
    • Manage monthly billings and accruals
    • Approve hours and Expenses
    • Ensure billing and closure once delivery is complete & lessons learned
    • Standardize processes and tools in order to improve activity performance
    • Track financial situation based on updated project information and working with the project team to ensure it is accurate as per the project requirements
    • Achieve time, cost and performance objectives by identifying possible deviations from the project baseline, and proposing preventative and corrective actions, and by ensuring follow up;
    • Build and maintain a good working relationship with customers ensuring that contractual outcomes and client satisfaction are met;
    • Maintain a focus on quality, given the fact that workloads fluctuate.
