Requirements:

- This job can be done remote
- Working hours (preferably able to work India time zone Mo -Fr 8:00 am -5:00 pm IST)
- Comfortable with associated disciplines of Security Policy and Governance.
- Good general understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts.
- Experience must be at an Operations level with a proven record of troubleshooting and resolving issues within large enterprise level organizations.
-Experience with operation/support of Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager (FIM Portal, FIM Service, and FIM Sync Engine).
- Basic knowledge of many of the following technologies: Web Services, Active Directory, Visual Basic .NET 2010 or later Visual C# .NET 2010 or later ASP.NET 2010 or later, Microsoft Exchange 2010 or later, Microsoft SQL Server 2008 or later Microsoft SQL Reporting Services, Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services.
- Exchange/AD Processes - Perform Security Group Creation/Update, Conference Room Creation/Update, Shared Mailbox Creation/Update, Secure SMTP Create/Update tasks
- Troubleshooting the FIM jobs in Control-M, MDM, Exchange Server, LAN Network and Windows Server Build areas
- Manage Policy Rules (MPR)

Responsibilities:

Skill Area 01 - Ansible, DevOps & VMware:

- expectation is that the candidate will have worked on some of the enterprise features of Ansible and be able to provide hands on details of his work

Skill Area 02:

- Redhat Openshift Admin, GitOps, Helm
- the practitioner may not be expert on Ansible, but some knowledge would be appreciated.; nevertheless Openshift and Kubernetes would be primary skill on which they will be evaluated.

Skill Area 03:

MS Forefront Identity Management specialist
- Expert in Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager. Implementation and testing of new/updated FIM Management Agents and various other applications/code Maintenance and support of existing Management Agents. Perform BAU daily FIM health checks. Perform BAU daily Access and Identity Management tasks.
- Comfortable with associated disciplines of Security Policy and Governance. Good general understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts.

Skill Area 04: Brocade:

Managing Data Center Brocade devices.
Recovering password on Brocade switches and configuring the switches.
Creating subnets and configuring VLAN as per user requirement. If any network devices goes wrong immediately taking action to restore it.
Support network (Brocade switches), Proxy device and load balancing F5.

Skill Area 05: VMWare NSX:

VMware NSX-T 2.4 . VMWare Certified Professional on Network Virtualization (Better to have certification though not mandatory)
Working on NSX and NSXT installation and configuration and Administration
Configure and deploy NSX distributed router appliances to establish east-west connectivity
Configure and deploy VMware NSX® Edge™ services gateway appliances to establish north-south
Configure and deploy VMware NSX® Edge™ services gateway appliances to establish north-south connectivity
Working on NSX L2 bridging
Configure and use all main features of the NSX Edge services gateway
Configure NSX Edge firewall rules to restrict network traffic
Configure Service Composer policies
Configure NSX distributed firewall rules to restrict network traffic
Configure an identity-aware firewall
Use the cross-vCenter NSX feature

Skill Area 06: SCOM & ITOM:

- Looking for an SCOM monitoring expert who possesses experience with the installation and administration of Microsoft System Centre Operations Manager 2016.
- Experience in application network performance and availability monitoring
- Monitor Windows,Linux/ Unix servers,Storage devices, Nutanix, Citrix, VM ware devices etc. under SCOM monitoring
- Perform System center operations manager product migration upgrade
- Management pack authoring knowledge.Working knowledge on use of Microsoft Windows PowerShell scripting engine to automate tasks with SCOM
- Integrating SCOM monitoring solution with ticketing using connectors setting up required logic
- Routinely review monitoring systems and services to ensure stability and security
- Deliver Custom out of box monitoring requests.Cross platform Monitoring configuration and maintenance
- Basic knowledge on Cloud fundamentals Active directory Windows operating system
- Installation of agent, Removal of agent, Rebuild of SCOM health service, generate Performance reports, scheduling the reports
- Troubleshooting skills for monitoring agent daily operational queries SCOM platform server issues.ITIL process knowledge
- Knowledge of ITOM and SCOM connection and configurations, ITOM's use and the functionalities, Event rules, setting Alert rules ITOM
