    Requirements

    Candidates will need experience of campaign development, data management, deployment and reporting.
    Good knowledge of SQL is required.

    Good time management skills

    Responsibilities

    Deliver the campaigns according to the planning and priorities set by the Proposition Managers
    1. Data selection and manipulation of target audiences:
    Prepare the customer bases which will be targeted through different types of campaigns (SMS, outbound calls, email), including, but not limited to:
    - Extract the agreed targeted customers
    - Apply the contact plan rules
    - Apply the GDPR criteria
    - Propose alternative solutions when target too small / overlap of campaigns etc.
    2. Campaign set up processes in the tool
    3. Use of tool’s features to set up and deploy scheduled, automated and triggered campaigns
    Deploy the campaigns: both one shot and automatic using the existing tools available in Orange (SQL based)
    4. Campaign set up quality assurance:
    Timely deployment of campaigns
    Inform all necessary stakeholders of the planned campaigns
