Advanced French and English
Attention to detail
Strong problem solving and multi-tasking ability
Ability to work within a team environment and independently
Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel)

Overseeing the Order Management workflow to ensure the highest quality and productivity in the processing of orders
Collaborating on complex customers issues with other departments
Ensuring that processes are compliant with the internal financial rules
Developing an action plan for non-complete orders
Providing support to various Dell Technologies departments
