Are passionate about Finance and you want to work in a dynamic environment
Are passionate about further developing your knowledge and skills
Have 3 to 4 years of experience working in Financial Analysis, Planning or Controlling
Have a University Degree in Economic Studies
Speak English fluently
Have the ability to work with different groups and levels within an organization
Have the ability to take the lead in internal discussions and negotiations

In order to enjoy it, you have to love taking initiative and getting to the very bottom of business cases, you have to ask questions and work together to find and define the best options eMAG has to move forward. Then, you execute. Past experience always comes in handy but, many of the projects we’re working on are brand new, so curiosity and an open mind moves us forward.

What will you do in our team?
Analyse and interpret financial results, while foreseeing risks and opportunities for the business
Develop and/or improve business planning models based on forecasts’ and actuals’ evolution, as well as improve financial forecast and budgeting process
Research gaps between forecasts and actuals, while understanding and sharing their impact on the business with your stakeholders
Participate in month-end closing and year-end closing processes (P&L, working capital)
Develop and improve different instruments or applications, together with our internal development team
Offer support (specifications, validation, milestones) in implementing a new CPM software in the company
Prepare regular management reports with business’ main KPIs
Perform regular checks to make sure system processes function properly (e.g. Reporting tools vs BI tools vs Excel data kept offline should all be aligned)
Perform working capital analyses and identify opportunities
Get involved in project controlling – managing business cases, participating in progress and risk reviews, etc.
