    -3-4 years payroll & admin experience within a company with at least 500 employees;
    -Strong knowledge of HR practices, especially in payroll & admin and labor legislation areas;
    -Strong payroll and tax experience;
    -Very good payroll reporting experience, used with tight deadlines;
    -Experience with HR/Payroll applications; Wizsalary is a plus;
    -Good knowledge of benefits administration;
    -Mastery of Windows office tools expecially Excel and Acces;
    -Ability to manage data in large numbers;
    - Strong problem solving capabilities;
    - Agile learner and teamplayer;
    -Strong logical and analytical mind, very good attention to details.

    Responsabilitati

    - Draft employment contracts, termination and ad-hoc personnel documents; maintain personnel files;
    -Ensure that all necessary documents have been signed by employees and information is accurately entered into the payroll software;
    -Ensure the processing of employee master data changes, new hires, transfers, promotions and terminations is accurate and timely;
    -Conduct employment process, ensuring all necessary forms and documents are completed and archived to the personnel file. Sets up all necessary personnel files, answers questions, and follows up as needed;
    -Execute monthly process for payroll calculation in time and correctly;
    -Review and analyze current payroll in order to recommend and implement changes leading to best-practice operations;
    -Answer payroll, taxs & benefits questions for managers and employees, and assists with problem solving;
    -Responsible for legal actions regarding issues with employees;
    -Manage in time and accurate regular preparation of relevant management reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports;
    -Review, recommend and update payroll&admin processes and procedures;
    -Ensure that compensation practices are following current legislation;
    -Identify potential areas for improvement. Develop and implement solutions to increase efficiency and improve performance.
