    We are looking for an Voice Mail Services (VMS) Corporate Skill Centre leader that is in charge of technical support, expertise and vendor management

    We are currently looking for an VoiceMail Services (VMS) Corporate Skill Centre leader that is in charge oftechnical support, expertise and vendor management on VMS platforms.

    Whatwill you be doing:

    Technicalsourcing:

    • -Delivers technical requirements for the RFP orRFQ for all Orange affiliates
    • -Manages the corporate RFP in collaborationwith Buying
    • -Supports affiliates for budget makingregarding VMS
    • -Supports technically the group purchase policyfor the Corporate Sourcing Contracts negotiation

    Vendormanagement

    • -Manages the supplier relationship includingworkshops with affiliates and VMS suppliers organization
    • -Manages the release selection process
    • -Defines the test strategy for the VirtualNetwork Function validation including the automated testing
    • -Issues the green lights for the equipmentexperimentation and roll out

    InnovationAdvisor

    • -Delivers recommendations and technical expertisefor new service architectures involving VMS
    • -Provides technical expertise to the Marketingregarding Voice Mail usage evolution

    OperationalAdvisor

    • -Manages transversally the Operational SkillCentre (Operations specialists)
    • -Filters the OSC extended missions

    What weare looking for:

    Technicalskills :

    • -Technical knowledge of the mobile and fixnetworks, sufficient to handle the simple questions straight or to forward thecomplex questions towards the relevant experts (Mainly protocols as ISUP andSIP)
    • -Mobile messaging platforms solutions andarchitectures (Hardware conception, n-tier architectures, integration withinOSS & BSS and in Intelligent Network).
    • -Voice messaging services (Call Flows,protocols Voice-XML, Integration with MMS &SMS, Network Accesstechnologies)
    • -Basic software knowledge on platformintegration
    • -Applications with competencies in anothermessaging field like SMSC or MMSC with a strong motivation to learn Voice Mailskills will also be examined.

    Functionalskills :

    • -Experience in project management: budgetmanagement, financial analysis, reporting, risks analysis and peopleco-ordination
    • -Strong capabilities for transversal managementand intercultural relationship in order to deal with various interlocutors(Providers, affiliates, R&D and Marketing teams)
    • -Analysis and synthesis capacity
    • -Ability to conduct strategic and technicalstudies
    • -Experience in vendor management and goodunderstanding of financial and contract issues
    • -Great relational capacity (ease) andcapability to negotiate (tenacity)
    • -Capacity to enliven multicultural transverseworkshops and to get approval
    • -Successful experiences in operational fieldsin particular in transverse projects.
    • -Strong adaptability and availability to acquirenew contexts and new technologies.

    Languageskill:

    • -Fluent English
    • -French will be a plus
