B2C Telesales Manager
We are looking for an experienced Telesales Manager, a leaderwith anentrepreneurial spirit, a real passion to grow business and build collaborativepartnerships to head upour Telesales channel .
As a Telesales Manager you will be responsible fordeveloping and implementing our Telesales strategy in the Sales&Distribution Department.
To ensure success in this role you should have experience in Telesales (telecomindustry is a plus), in business development, advanced strategic & managerial skills.

Here's what you'll do in your future role:
in charge with developing and implementing the TelesalesStrategy in the Sales& Distribution Department
manage the relationship between Orange Romania andour partners that provide Telesales services
make sure that ourTelesales Partners are constantly up to date with Orange procedures, offers,sales strategy etc.
monitorour partners' sales performance& proposes improvement actions (SalesKPI follow-up in order to reach operational and financial targets)
assesscosts of each campaign, competition, and supply and demand to identify bestcommissioning systems
estimatesales volume and profit for current and new campaigns.
leveragedata/analytics to identify relevant consumer/customer insights, to developwinning plans and grow the business
Designand implement strategic plans to reach telesales targets
overseethe design of specific tools and instruments that Telesales partners need (ex.Special Orange offers created for partners, KPI monitoring tools etc.)
know granularly the key business drivers todefine success, design and execute plans
developand implement extensive incentive systems, to make sure that Telesales partnersare motivated and generate value both for themselves and Orange Romania
developand promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
draft detailed and accurate sales reports
createpeople development tools/ programs in order to help Telesales partners maintainthe engagement of their staff
actas a single point of contact for Telesales partners with Orange Romania
makesure that the Telesales strategy is aligned with all the other SalesDepartments in Orange Romania, to assure a coherent and multi-channel customerExperience approach
It's important for us that you have:
Previous Telesales experience, min. 3 years'experience
Experience in telecom industry is a plus
Experience in Retail is a plus
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, analytics skills
Strong written and verbal English communicationskills
Experience in team management
Capacity to manage various projects and work to tightdeadlines
