Bachelor degree in Law
3+ years of legal & compliance experience in financial services (preferably with operations & payments)
Demonstrates independence, interpersonal skills, result-orientated and high quality delivery
Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
Fluency in English

Draft and review legal documents for transactions with the deals team.
Prepare and draft contracts, presentations, agreements for internal stakeholders.
Work closely with European and Romanian National Bank regulatory procedures / officials to handle their inquiries and licensing matters (especially in payments aria).
Keep abreast on regulatory and business requirements and advise senior management accordingly.
Provide expert and strategic legal advice to management.
Experiment and make standards for others to follow.
Implement controls and monitoring policies for general legal and compliance matters.
Develop, manage and execute legal and compliance related projects and initiatives.
