Bosch Engineering Center Cluj was founded as an integral part of the Bosch worldwide engineering network in 2013. The Center is located partly in the heart of Cluj-Napoca and partly in Jucu. Our engineers give great importance to continuous innovation and they work on state-of-the-art technology projects. Automated Driving, Electric and Connected Mobility, Internet of Things, Industry 4.0. are just a few examples from the Bosch Engineering Center Cluj's current portfolio. We work in close collaboration with other Bosch R&D Centers and with Bosch Plant Cluj. We specialize in software engineering, hardware and mechanical engineering, reliability engineering & quality validation, but also in mobility sales planning, thus, we offer our internal and external clients a complex range of products and services.

Education:

• University degree (preferably in economics and/or law);

Know-how:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and manage a complex network of stakeholders
• Previous experience in implementing external funded projects;

Personality:

• Advanced leading and negotiations skills, comfortable working at all levels
• Analytical thinking and quality oriented mindset
• Result oriented and focused on the driving and execution of the project
• Structured working style
• Pays very close attention to details

Languages spoken:

• Fluent Romanian and English;

• Responsible for the absorption of all state aid funds available according to the initial funding request;
• Main interface for all governmental, administrative and private entities involved in the project;
• Coordination of the project team;
• Works in close collaboration with all internal and external parties;
• Responsible for planning of all activities and ensuring that all milestones and deadlines are met;
• Active participation in each phase of the project, ensuring the correctness of all processes and documents as required by the state aid policy;
• Responsible for submitting all data and documents to the authorities;
• Measure and evaluate technical, time, commercial risks and define appropriate countermeasures;
• Regular reporting and presenting projects` status to Bosch management
