Our engineers give great importance to continuous innovation and they work on state-of-the-art technology projects. Automated Driving, Electric and Connected Mobility, Internet of Things, Industry 4.0. are just a few examples from the Bosch Engineering Center Cluj's current portfolio. We work in close collaboration with other Bosch R&D Centers and with Bosch Plant Cluj. We specialize in software engineering, hardware and mechanical engineering, reliability engineering & quality validation, but also in mobility sales planning, thus, we offer our internal and external clients a complex range of products and services.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    University degree (preferably technical field);

    Know-how:

    Previous experience in acquisitions;

    Previous experience working with stakeholders from different entities and levels;

    Pays very close attention to details;

    Personality:

    Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and manage a complex network of stakeholders;

    Analytical thinking and quality oriented mindset;

    Result oriented and focused on the driving and execution of the project;

    Structured working style;

    Languages spoken:

    Fluent Romanian and English;

    Nice to have:

    Previous experience working in implementing external funding projects;

    Interest in legislative field, particularly funding legislation;

    Job Description

    • Responsible for the creation and implementation of acquisition specifications for the state aid funded project where he/she drives all acquisition topics
    • Works in close collaboration with all the departments involved, ensuring that all the milestones are met according to the initial funding request
    • Active participation in each phase of the project ensuring the correctness of all processes and documents as required by the state aid policy;
    • Supports the creation of the progress and reimbursement reports;
    • Works together with the Project Manager, assisting and supporting him/her with all the data and documents required;
