Required qualifications and experience
• University degree;
• Basic knowledge of English language;
• Computer literacy (Basic functions of Excel);
• Excellent communication skills;
• Problem solving abilities;
• Followup abilities and responsibility;
• Empatic and positive thinking person;
• Accurate and detail oriented person;
• Relevant experience is a plus.
Provides quality HR compliance and administrative support to the HR team.
• Ensure support for implementation of disciplinary hearing procedure;
• Organize personnel files;
• Keep track of databases and records for different documents and data related to employees;
• Assist in prepare monthly time working sheets for all departments considering electronic system and confirmation from all responsible persons;
• Assist in ensuring proper administration of electronic presence system by creating and activating employee profiles, checking the use of access cards, operating and monitoring of internal transfers and introducing of various documents.
• Ensure administrative support in various HR certification related projects
