Customer representative with german (C1)- REMOTE

We are looking for:
-Excellent speaking and writing skills in German and English (fluency in speaking and writing correctly)
-Previous work experience in an international hospitality environment, experience in BPO / Contact center will be an added advantage;
-Good Communication and Customer Service skills
-Willingness to search for required information from customer with a strong focus on solving clients requests
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook

Key Responsibilities:
-Deliver exemplary customer service via phone calls / email / chat/ social media;
-Answer inbound calls /email / social media messaging from world leading hotel group’ customers;
-Handle queries about new reservations, changes to existing bookings and other aspects of hospitality, services, baggage queries.
