L1 Support Engineer with French

To ensure success in this role, you need the following experience and skills:

• Bachelor`s Degree in Engineering;
• Advanced knowledge of French;
• Experience in a similar position is considered a plus;
• Knowledge of Catia, FEA, mechanical engineering would be a plus.

About our open position: L1 Support Engineer with French

• As L1 Support Engineer, you will be responsible for offering technical assistance to users in France of specific computing applications.

A typical day might include the following:

• Offering technical support for end-users using email, phone, and online chat;
• Providing support for FEA departments;
• Making the application testing after updates or modifications;
• Escalating to L2 the customer tech problems that cannot be handled.
