Senior System Engineer

Visteon is a global technology company that designs, engineers and manufactures innovative cockpit electronics products and connected car solutions for most of the world’s major vehicle manufacturers.

Your responsibilities:

• Requirements Engineering and Requirements Management Tasks
• Analyze Customer and other Stakeholder Requirements
• Manage Stakeholder and Visteon requirements in Requirements management system
• Manage Requirements attributes, allocation, prioritization and categorization of requirements
• Manage clarifications with external and internal stakeholders
• Lead Requirements review process
• Ensure bi-directional traceability
• Document Requirements using informal and formal techniques
• Baseline and deliver specifications
• Manage Change Requests and Impact Analysis
• Support Defects triage and bug fixing process
• Feature Owner on group of features
• Automate Coverage statistics
• ASPICE Level 3 process compliance

Your qualifications:

• Study of Software Engineering, Electrical engineering, Computer science or equivalent qualification – Bachelor or Master Degree
• 5 years Experience in the automotive industry (ideally cockpit electronics) in the field of system development / requirements engineering
• Experience with Agile Development is an advantage
• Working in distributed team environment
• Good English skills
• Experience with requirements DB like DOORS / DOORS Next Gen
• Experience with SysML and Modeling tools
• Independently working and communication, strong team player
