• Min. 2 years of relevant professional experience in claims field;
• Successfully completed business studies or comparable degree;
• Good command in English and German (mandatory);
• SAP or Microsoft Dynamics knowledge (nice to have);
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proactive and action oriented;
• Capacity to identify and solve problems;
• Ability to work in a team and to cooperate;
• Analytical mind and good decision maker;
• Evaluation and resolution of customer complaints;
• Preparation of decision templates for credit notes and goodwill payments;
• Alignment of decision templates with relevant departments;
• Regular coordination with the specialist departments to discuss the sources of errors and define the measures for permanent elimination;
• Support during complaints management process improvements;
