    At least 1 years of experience in administration of large network infrastructure with multiple branches,
    datacenters, central sites using Cisco technology (switches, WiFi Controllers, VoIP) and with security
    configuration on top (firewalling, proxy, mail relay systems);
    Have a deep technical knowledge in the following technologies:
    Cisco Prime administration
    Cisco Wireless Controller administration
    Cisco switching experience (VLAN management, OS configuration, troubleshooting)
    Experience in a multinational environment


    Nice to have:

    Cisco DNA administration
    Fortinet SDWAN administration
    Firewall change request methodology (Algosec, Skybox)
    Proxy troubleshooting knowledge (cloud and on-prem proxy systems)
    Cisco certified ideally (CCNA, CCNA wireless)
    Experience with incident& change management platforms (Service Now, Remedy)
    Experience in mobile devices (IOS& Android) administration managed by MDM platforms
    (Airwatch/ Microsoft Intune)
    Basic knowledge in using load balancers (F5) and cloud infrastructure (MS Azure)
    Good knowledge of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
    Support experience in a medium to large company.

    Job responsibilities:

    In your role, you will make sure the team’s standards and processes are applied to all network
    component within the Romanian organization;
    You will advise and provide guidance on guidelines and standardization across the company;
    Optimize the infrastructure/processes to further enhance the availability of the service by means of
    creating standard procedures and processes, participate in workshops, working closely with the other IT
    teams, following the guidelines of change management and incident management;
    Be responsible for daily administration of local systems, taking care of their stability and performance;
    Actively participate in improving team’s day to day activities via automation and orchestration
    Proactively monitoring of all critical systems within the network area;
    Perform IT L2 support for our employees;
    Document new implementations and provide operational guidance;
    Follow-up and resolve the incidents and service requests arriving to local L2 Network Team within the
    defined SLO’s;
    Collaborate with peers from other IT teams: escalation and troubleshooting towards L3 support team
    Lead or participate in project realizations and coordinate teams involved (including 3rd party partners)
