Internal Communication&Employer Branding Specialist

Must have: 

• Experience of complex communications at all levels of the organisation ;
• Experience in delivering multi-channel events and comunication campaigns;
• Experiencein managing the participation at external conferences, establishing strongreliable partnerships;
• Provedcapacity to identify opportunities to promote the corporate and companyofficials messages / people;

Nice to have:

• Proved ability to work with multiple stakeholders and bring togetherseveral requirements into a single proposal;
• Support in delivering engagement /employer branding campaigns;
• Achievementsin managing integrated multi-audience communications campaigns intended tobring about a shift in perception.

Role description:

• Contributesto implementing the employer branding strategy, delivering and reinforcing thepositioning of the company as an employer of choice within the targetaudiences, both externally and internally;
• Ensures360 event implementation of internal&external EB campaigns - conceptproposals according with the strategy, venue & set - up, branding, videoproductions, presentations, speakers, stands, work flow, etc;
• Actsas a digital event producer - sourcing best platforms to meet, live events,propose digital initiatives;
• Supportssocial media communications to deliver a strong employee value proposition
• Collaborateswith internal stakeholders to integrate employee communications content intooverall company goals and messaging;
• Supportsthe development of an internal communications & EB strategy and executionof the strategy;
• Write,edit and produce communications for internal audiences (presentations, scripts,briefing documents, intranet articles, employee communications, messages and e-mails,etc)
• Continuallyimprove, measure and evaluate effectiveness of employee communications strategyand methods.
