To ensure success in this role, you need the following experience and skills:
• Knowledge of French at C1 level;
• Experience in a similar position;
• Experience in using the Microsoft Office package;
• Technical knowledge of standard operating systems;
• Attention to detail and customer orientation.
About our open position: Technical Support with French
• As a Technical Support, you will be responsible for providing technical support for a medical services platform.
A typical day might include the following:
• Responsible for assistance, mainly by telephone for clients on topics related to the use of business management software;
• Assisting health professionals and incident management at their requests;
• Solving requests or incidents and ensuring the first necessary operations to solve technical problems;
• Warning the operational manager about any anomaly encountered;
• Analyzing, qualifying, assuring, and making the follow-up of ticket applications until the closing, and/or escalating the applications or incidents, according to the defined procedures.
