    Job role
    As part of the Project Controlling GP team, the Financial Controller SIM ServiceNow will offer support in the COO controlling and commercial service management area, having the following responsibilities:

    Responsibilities:

    • Project and resource management in PPM for the Service Families of the Service;
    • Creation or support in the preparation of offers for the Service ServiceNow (projects/run) in cooperation with technical experts and experts for deliveries or service providers for the services in the area of responsibility;
    • Manage the procurement/demand book request of externals (DL3) , controlling of time sheets, planned to used budget;
    • Answers to inquiries and requests from all internal and external stakeholders as part of the service responsibility;
    • Create central overview/dashboard to bring all distributed components into one framework;
    • Monitoring and preparation for monthly reviews;
    • Keep an open and continuous communication with COO Pilar Controlling and Support Teams;
    • Planning, controlling and monitoring life cycle management for the Service ServiceNow;
    • Significant support for the global standardization of ITSM processes, PPM, SAM, ITOM;
    • Support of revision and compliance checks.
    Requirements:
    • At least 4 years of relevant experience;
    • Knowledge of project management or ITSM processes;
    • University Degree (preferably Business Administration, Finance or similar);
    • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access - advantageous), SAP;
    • Knowledge of AgilePM methodology and ITIL V3 would be a plus.
    Skills:
    • Used to a structured and self-organized way of working;
    • Very strong analytical skills;
    • Self-motivated and focused on solutions;
    • Very committed and a fast learner;
    • Fluent English written and spoken, German language would be a plus.
