Customer&Sales Support Manager/Migration Consultant

Requirements:

-Experience in sales operations (quotation, configuration, product specifications etc.), customer support and/or IT;
-Fluent in English;
-Excellent communication skills;
-Customer oriented;
-Ability to analyze, investigate and solve problems without a standard resolution.

Responsibilities:

Catalogue Deployment & Maintenance:
-Compare the current B2B e-commerce platform with the new platform;
-Find any possible mismatch in terms of products, prices, addresses, portal structure and overall layout and engage with the back-office teams for the corrections;
-Support in migrating from one e-commerce platform to another and closely working with the account CSSM;

Metrics & controls
-Supports the back-office team for timely closure of all cases impacting the team’s KPIs;
-Keep all agreed SLAs in terms of validation;
-Monitors, troubleshoots, and improves area-of-control operational processes to ensure optimum performance and practice consistencyCatalogue Deployment & Maintenance.
