Technical Support with French

APT hires for our client, a multinational company in the IT field with offices all over the world, a Technical Support with French.
Requirements
- French and English at an excellent level
- Minimum Bachelor degree.
- At least 2 years experience in direct customer contact, especially in software industry.

You will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.
Answering incoming calls from clients
Responding to inquiries
Managing complaints, troubleshooting significant customer service problems and providing general information about company’s products and services.
Build, assimilate, implement, audit and improve working procedures and knowledge base
Acquires complete information in order to escalate complex issues to the level 1 supervisor.
