Senior Accountant

For our customer, a multinational home appliances and consumer electronics company, we are looking for a Senior Accountant.
Location: Aricestii Rahtivani, Ploiesti

Requirements
· More than 3 years working experience in a similar position;
· Previous working experience with ERP system (SAP is an advantage);
· Fluency in verbal and written English;

Main Responsibilities
· Performs bookkeeping records in all areas of accounting;
· Maintain constant communication with the state tax authorities; Cooperates with tax authorities in case of tax reviews;
· Creates periodic or ad-hoc reports;
· Participate in the month-end and year-end closing;
· Provides support for the yearly external financial audit;
· Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries;
· Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations;
· Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines;
· Support CFO in ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy;
