Mail and Collaborative Tools Administrator
Context
Thales Services is providing global services and solutions to improve the performance, resilience and security of our customers IT, to be prepared to face technological disruption and cyberthreats.The Mail and Collaborative Tools service line is in charge of these missions in a multiclient context, from various strategic lines of business : The Group, Aerospace, Defense and public sector and banking/medical/industry.
Job summary
As a Mail and Collaborative tools expert, you will administrate the applicative layer of our customers platforms.
These tools are often seen as the cornerstone of the Information System, and the availability rate is a critical aspect of the service.
Being in constant relation with the infrastructure teams, your wide vision will help federate the complex issues resolution you might encounter, and always have in mind the service delivery.
You will take an active role in building new/upgrading existing platforms too, in coordination with the project manager

Work in a multi-client environment;
-
Platform administration, system update;
-
Monitor platforms and act in anticipation;
-
Log analysis to understand e-mail delivery issues / incoming threats;
-
Work in an integrated project team when required.
Required competencies/experience:
-
Minimum of 5 years experience administrating large scale mail or collaborative platforms;
-
Working knowledge of platform administration, network administration;
-
Theoretical knowledge of the involved concepts (RFC, best practices);
-
Working knowledge of operating & maintaining Linux OSes (e.g. RedHat, Ubuntu,) and/or Windows servers;
-
Has ITIL methodology and process understanding and experience;
-
Working experience of min 5 years in at least one of the following technical domain : Exchange, Office365 , Postfix, Sharepoint;

Scripting skills in Powershel and/or Bash;

Working experience on SMTP Security solutions (Ironport, Proofpoint, Sophos).
Requested competencies / experience:
-
Working knowledge of supervision tools (Prometheus, Nagios);
-
Working knowledge of Identity management in hybrid Exchange environments;
-
Working knowledge of DNS solution : Bind, and DNSSEC implementation;

Agile methodology;
-
Basic knowledge SMTP security principles : SPF, DKIM, DMARC;
-
CI/CD : Keycloak, Gitlab, Jenkins, Nexus and SonarQube.
