    Cerinte

    Economic Studies;
    Good technical skills and experience in working with ERP systems;
    Accounting experience at least 3-4 years;
    Good Excel knowledge;
    Local Legislation;
    English language is a must;

    Loyalty and accuracy;
    Good organizational skills and time management skills.

    Responsabilitati

    Work for Finance and Accounting department in order to support the business process and to achieve an efficient way of working;
    Booking and reconciliations: GL , Acc Payables , Acc Receivables , Fixed Assets; TB review;
    Executing financial closing operations (e.g. account analysis and reconciliation of general ledger accounts, bank reconciliation, register the related provisions etc.) as per agreed deadlines;
    Performing operational tasks such as: ensure the daily transfer and reconciliations between ERP systems;
    Prepare tax returns (VAT, CIT, WHT , D394, D390, Intrastat etc) and make sure that submission of all required documents and declarations will be always on time;
    Support in monthly reports to the Group;
    Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits;
    Involved in preparation and updating of internal regulations of the company and ensure that the accounting compliance is in line with local legislation and group accounting standards.
