KPI Administrator Snacks

PepsiCo a intrat pe piaţa romaneasca in anul 2004, achizitionand liderul pe piata de chips-uri de cartofi, compania Star Foods, prezenta in Romania inca din 1993. Astfel, PepsiCo a devenit unul dintre jucatorii principali pe piata de Snacks-uri din Romania.

 Qualifications:
o Studies: High school / economical faculty is an advantage.
o 2 years’ experience in similar position/manufacturing &finance background.

 Abilities:
o SAP system knowledge.
o Microsoft Office and other related tools (Excel- Advanced, Word, Outlook PPT).
o Good communication skills.
o Proactive and Self Motivated.
o Analytical skills.
o Developing and managing own agenda.

 Checks every day the SAP recordings versus the production reports regarding raw materials usages.
 Creates and send daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports results.
 Creates and send Raw materials productivity reports in weekly basis.
 Completes the process of month closing: calculate potato efficiency and introducing the values in SAP, introducing the direct hours in SAP and make distribution of RM; send all the reports needed internally and externally.
 Analyses and report plant’s performance on a daily-weekly-monthly basis: weekly & monthly raw materials consumption for all production lines, daily potato yield, labour usage reports, promotional consumption reports, etc.
 Checks every day the SAP records versus the shop floor reports.
 Posts in SAP direct hours for production personnel in the monthly basis.
 Checks the SAP receptions vs. WMS.
 Completes the Daily Consumption process.
 Verifies DLH report.
 Creates and verify all the documents needed for Audits.
 Participates to weekly QCDM and month closing meeting.
 Updates new SKU code in daily productions reports.
 Performs Excel and SAP trainings to production and RM personnel.
 Active participation to requested Plant department meetings.
 Pro-actively initiative and working with plant peers and superiors in order to increase overall plant, management efficiency and cost improvements.
 Verifies with RMW team the discrepancies between the consumption of production and warehouse.
