Knowledges, skills and abilities:
Expert ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
Expert ability to plan and facilitate meetings.
Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
Strong negotiating skills within a context of political sensitivity and conflicting interests.
Highly-developed training, presentation and written communication skills.
Expert ability to consult or provide guidance on complex matters to non-specialists; ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
Expert ability to collaborate and generate a spirit of cooperation while coordinating diverse activities and groups within a team environment.
Using spreadsheets to record data on a project

Facilitating meetings and educational workshops for team members
Acquiring knowledge of products or services provided by the business
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
Ability to coordinate with and organize cross-functional teams against developed deliverables list
Ability to track and report deliverables in various formats to various types of stakeholders
Previous stakeholder management skills
Very organized and experienced with data collection and reporting.
Leads the creation and deployment of appropriate training, content/sales messaging, processes, practices, forms, and tools to support the sales force.
Supports product launches by preparing and enabling the sales force to understand and sell our solutions.
Supports the buying and selling processes at all stages, from lead generation through win/loss.
Manages and coordinates various sales enablement and product launch activities.
Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
