    • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Key Account Manager in the Toy Industry and generally in sales force for more than 8 years. Experience in toy industry is necessary
    • Working sales experience in Hypermarkets needed
    • Bachelor Degree
    • Communicational and organizational skills, as well as team spirit
    • Willingness to travel
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
    • Fluent in the English language
    • Driving license


    o Sales Development
    o Processing, Developing and implementing “win-win” relationships with customers
    o Direct contact with the key buyers of the customers
    o Coordinate with all departments to service customer
    o Enforce and overlook that all sales terms and agreements are upheld
    o Monitor the competition in order to be pro-active towards the customers
    o Prepare presentations with the cooperation of all relative depts. (marketing, trade marketing, sales administration)
    o Develop and integrate the sales plan by customer
    o Select products and quotas in alignment with the target
    o Launch and promote new brands / products
    o Plan orders and shipments to customer per month
    o Plan the shelf space and merchandising program
    o Assist in the development of the promotional plan
    o Participation in industry trade shows
    o Market research
    o Control of inventory – Manage sell through
