• University degree in Agriculture (preferable in Horticulture)
• Min.5years experience in the Industry
• Good market knowledge and understanding of Crop Protection
• Proven experience in marketing or sales in the industry or distribution, e.g. experienced in Marketing of Plant Protection: focus on horticulture crops would be a plus
• Very Good communication and presentation skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Customer and result oriented
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to supervise and train staff
• Problem-solving abilities and attitude
• Team player
• High integrity & ethics level
• English - advanced level
Coordinate the activity of the Crop Managers in relation with:
• Collect and analyze market data and information (prices, volumes, etc.)
• Set up and monitor technical and price positioning
• Monitor and manage product life cycle, including legislative changes in actives
• Initiate on new potential products to the portfolio
• Prepare budget, forecasts, long-term plans for the segment
• Monitor stocks levels and propose targeted product campaigns
• Monitor product margins and initiate actions if necessary
Support BDM in preparing the suppliers meetings by:
• Prepare analysis and presentations as preparation for supplier meetings
• Participate in supplier meetings on request
Support BDM into the marketing activity by:
• Propose and implement marketing campaigns for internal & external stakeholders in close collaboration with Marketing Agency
• Evaluate ROI on various trade marketing & incentive programs
• Actively involved in various programs for customer retention
• Provide content providing for marketing materials like brochures, catalog, ads.
• Plan marketing activities with marketing, sales & Agency
• Manage preparation of marketing materials
