5 years experience in a similar role ;
Very strong accounting knowledge , local and USGAAP ;
Proficiency in English , both written and spoken including advanced accounting lexicon ;
Executive maturity ;
Developing and managing own agenda , capable of reviewing its own work ;
Need to work unsupervised and directly answer top management ad hoc requests;
Strong financial overview (understands business drivers, make correlations between Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow lines).
Detailed understanding of accounting differences between Statutory and USGAAP ;
Fiscal knowledge of both statutory and USGAAP;
ACCA student or membership ;

Responsible for managing the preparation of periodic financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statement) of Romania in order to help build PepsiCo’s consolidated financial statements for external disclosure.
Ensures that company’s financial reports, filings and documentation comply with internal regulations, professional standards and SEC and GAAP reporting guidelines
Show to the Investors of PepsiCo the Cost, Accumulated Depreciation and Net Book Value of assets that are being used to generate revenue for the business, disclose the amount of capital invested in PP&E during the year to internal and external stakeholders;
Correctly disclose the financial result of the Hedge program in order to support Senior Management in assessing the performance of it;
Complete and validate Tax schedules which are required to support PepsiCo’s consolidated and deferred income tax expense, consolidated income tax Balance Sheet account classifications and Annual Report Tax Footnote;
Disclose to Corporate financial information for 10Q and 10K filings with Securities and Exchange Commission (Inventory, Accrued liabilities, Notes and Accounts Receivable, Prepayments and Other Current Assets, Accrued Interest, Restructuring etc.)
Provide Commodity inflation and Operating expense analysis to Corporate Management for the purpose of internal analysis and external financial reporting;
Provide Corporate with details relating to PepsiCo’s billion-dollar brands for reporting in Annual Financial Statements;
Report Global Nutrition Group data in order to monitor the progress of the GNG portfolio against performance commitments of reaching $30 billion in sales by the year 2020;
Provide analysis of Balance Sheet and P&L lines to Corporate for presentation to senior leaders and KPMG
Identify and assess one-time or out-of-period financial items and correctly disclose these to Corporate to help determinate the impact of each item on the MU/Region’s operating profit growth rate;
